First time watercooler

Thread Starter
Hey all, I am a new poster here. I have lurked for a while and figured that I would ask for your opinion on the new rig that I am building.

My current thought about setup is:

Asus Maximus IV Extreme (Already bought)
Core i7 2600k 1155
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 kits of 8GB)
Plextor PX-M2 Series PX-128M2S

For cooling I have looked at this (but would be extremely thankful for suggestiosn):
Swiftech MCP655
EK Supreme HF Universal
EK Radeon HD 5870 VGA Liquid Cooling Block w/ RAM backplate
8ft of Tygon 2375
Swiftech MCR220 "Quiet Power" 2 x 120mm Radiator w/ Reservoir (MCR220-QP Res)

I already have a Lian-Li PC-P80 case and a 1200W PSU.

Any tips, thoughts, etc, please let me know.
Thanks!

My suggestion about the build is that try to read/check other people worklogs and get ideas for your own project!

The hardware and the WC stuff seems great (I really like EK, and the MCP655 is great)

Love the case, but maybe you will have to do some work there to fit rads etc...

About the Rads, why not get a Triple rad alone? (and a reservoir) I think that if you are not planing Crossfire/SLI this will simplify the loop and still great performance

Hope this helps!
