My biggest concern is the PSU right now
I know that Seasonic x650 is a fantastic psu but it is only 650w
I'm going to overclock the 2500k to at least 4.5ghz and
I'm also going to overclock both 6870s as well
Even though x650 is great, would it handle all those components without any problems?
I'm also still trying to decide between 2x 6870s and a 570

Suggestions always welcome!!

Why the mini tower case especially with dual gpu's? With no intake it's gonna get pretty toasty in there. Also the Corsair Hx750 is like 3 dollars more.

If you go with a case with good cable management the Corsair Tx750 v2 is only $119.99 unless modular means alot to you.

I also prefer the Asus drives over Lite-on but that's sorta preference.

Let me know if you would like some case suggestions or your reasoning for wanting to keep the specified one.

Yeah I agree with the above comment..
A mini case will prolly not fit the bill if you want more/better cooling....
What will cool the cpu? gotta take that into account as well.. cause you don't want to be scrambling with a case with 1. no air flow..2. no room.
Maybe a Cooler Master 912 or Scout or any mid tower that at last can provide ample air flow.
With psu.. again I agree with the above post.. 750 watts on a great psu will be no problem to push an overclocked SB and crossfire gpus..
Anyways.. looks like a nice build..

Without some very creative cooling modifications, I'll say it'll be pretty hot. Rating is R or even NC-17.

After cooling modifications, perhaps a somewhat racy PG-13?

I really wanted this case because I'm building a rig for LanParty
so i want something small, light and portable
so far this case seems like it is the only one that matches all my criteria
I also love the lian li case design
I don't like all other gaming case non-sense.. they all look really gaudy and childish and UGLY to me...
I also wanted it to be a desktop case so that's y I chose a mini tower..
I wish i can get one of those abee cases from japan or watever but they are like so expensive

So do you think seasonic x650 is a no go? even though it is 80 plus gold?

Well if you really want the lian li then go for it.. It's a good case..
Hmm.. The psu.. What is you overall budget.. I know you can squeeze in a nice 750 watt psu.. if you want to crossfire I say get a 750 watt.. at least have the head room, besides you may overclock the gpu's as well....
Again.. overall..build looks l337!!!

I would have to agree there are cases that that are ugly but i'm not sure what you consider non-sense. You mentioned overclocking the gpu's. In my honest opinion you would have trouble with the top gpu not overheating in that case at stock settings. If you want something small and not "fancy" i would suggest something like an antec 300. It has adequate cooling with the right fan setup.

As far as the power supply i would still suggest the Corsair Hx750, its only $126.99 after MIR.

For the Seasonic, it would probably be fine. 80 plus gold only refers to it's energy efficiency though. But on the other hand, the Corsair Hx750, as far as i know is a manufactured Seasonic power supply anyway. Just my
