Currently, my settings are as follows:

CPU Vcore - (Normal) 1.260V

I have everything else on the voltage control set to auto.

Alright, id try upping the vcore to 1.30v.. and see if you fail on prime95 again if you don't then lower the vcore to like 1.290vcore.. see if its still stable.. Also enable load line calibration. see if that helps.. I had to enable it to get 4.5ghz stable at 1.30vcore...

CPU-Z reports VTT voltage for CPU voltage in some boards still. Try GB Easy Tune for correct voltage readout. If you have a good chip, you should be able to do 4.8GHz at 1.35V (load during prime95).

Yeah, I seem to be running stable now. I boosted the Vcore to about 1.32 at x42 multiplier, and I've been running Prime 95 stable at around 60 degrees C under 100% load. It's about 32 C ambient at the moment.

I'll try to decrease the Vcore after its run stable for awhile.

Edit: Thanks for the help.

Yeah, I think so. Is that the Vdroop thing? I think I have it set on standard or level 1. Not 100% sure. What do you have it as?

Ya, it helps with vdrop. Well on my board i can only disable or enable it.. that's because its a lower end p67 board.. and to be honest it really didnt help me all to much i had horrible vdrop!... took me 2 weeks to get 4.5ghz stable because i had to put my vcore on normal... and had to up my dynamic vcore to +.015 to help with my vdrop.. so basicly im overclocking with dynamic vcore instead of *vcore*. lol. long long story.

level 1 should be fine for you.. if you ever decide to go over 4.7ghz u might have to change it to level 2.. only if you your getting very very bad vdrop!
