Probably not. Just overclocking and not increasing voltage won't dramatically up the power consumption. 320W for the 8800GTX (170W at stock) and 230W for the GTS450 (90W at stock) sounds like a touch much. The actual numbers are most likely lower. As for the CPU, it may be correct.
