Lol! You just briefly made me think I had a problem buy pure luck. I saw my GPU temp at 45c and though "***" cuz its usually around 33-36 idle, but i had some crap going on that had the card working and panic is over.

I miss my old MSI 790fx-GD70. So dont hate on MSI, they have some good ones out there. They are starting to do some good power phase boards too, finally, so there quality is improving.

Yeah if you had an ECS Then you'd really be in trouble, but msi ain't bad. still got one from PIV days still running strong, overclocked even.

Wait.... I always thought that any software that reports wattage is highly inaccurate. Don't you have to use a "KillAWatt" or similar device to measure power draw? and even then.... the KillAWatt can only really measure system wide power draw rather than at the component level.

there are devices that connect to the 8-pin cpu connector, but i have no idea where to get one.
