I would suggest you in getting the GTX 560 Ti as it has enough horsepower to compete with 6950 and if I can recall, is cheaper.

Appreciate the heads up. I'm probably going to up the RAM to 4GB anyway as a general upgrade so i'll install the 64bit too.
