It depends on the fans, how much power needed to run them and how/where they are being used? (rad, case, HSF) List the fan specs and such if you know.

Probably these fans

They are going to be placed on my ascension mountain mods case. I will be using a 1500w psu.

This is probably overkill for those fans, but I recommend the Lamptron FC-2 with a few 3-pin Y-splitters link or link and a few of these as well. Should be more than enough juice to run your fans.

The fans are only 0.3 amps each, so they should easily stack with multiple fans on each channel for a fan controller.

The Sunbeam Rheobus should be enough. I believe it supports 1.67 A per channel and has 4 channels, so you can easily put 4 fans on each channel, for a total of 16. You could probably put 5 on each channel if needed

The Rheobus is also really cheap, if that's a factor at all

do you want it on/off or different speeds?
If on/off only: http://www.xoxide.com/hummer-switch.html Supports 100W per channel
( I have it and its great!)

If you want Off/5v/12v:

(60w per channel)

I would like to choose the speed of the fans.
