Think something is wrong with my 465 Twin Frozr II Gold.. help?

Basically just built brand new system as seen in my sig. Only thing that wasn't brand new is my GFX card. Basically when I'm in a graphics based games my game sometimes freezes or PC randomly crashes, shuts off. I only have this issue in games so I assume it is my graphics card. I flashed it back to 465, stock speeds and all and I am still getting same issues. Does it with fan on max or not, temps stay low.

Also CPU is at stock numbers.

Think I have a bad card? Can I warranty it with MSI?

I am 2nd owner FYI, worked fine on last computer, but it wasn't installed for 3 months or so.

You didn't say in the post, but are you sure your SB @ 5.0Ghz is stable?
Thats a pretty big OC and you did say it is a Brand new machine an' all.
Run Prime 95 for a few hours and see if any cores drop off or if the PC BSOD's.
If that passes a few hours then you are good on the CPU.

Then download F@H and let the GPU crunch some numbers. If the GPU crashes at the stock clocks then you may have a GPU problem = RMA time.

Oh yeah forgot to mention I put the CPU back down to stock. Sorry forgot to add that.
