Time to upgrade!

Hi Everyone! After few years of upgrading all the time is time for me to finaly upgrade to a 100% brand new pc! I just wantd to be sure everything will work togheter before i order some time next week.

new PC:

Intel 2500k (2600k if find a really good deal in canada)
Asus P8P67-M Pro B3 (The only nice P67 in MATX i could find here)
Lian Li PC-V354 (Would have love the Arc Mini but not even dispo on NCIX)
Silverstone Strider 750w Modular (Any Good 500w ish fully modular?)
Thermalright MUX-120 (I need someone to confirm its going to fit or something else will fit)
wd blue 500gb(will upgrade later on deal for 32$ can't go wrong)
Cheapest Sata DVD Burner (who cares...)
and probably 2 B-stock GTS 450 or if budget 2x GTX465/470

I'm getting my next paycheck of about 600$ next week. I'm going to order the board, CPU, and Heatsink, and probably a CX430(20$ and is a good backup one), When my pc going to be sold is going to pay for the case (quite expensive) and the PSU/Sleeving.

I already have a generic Kingston 2GB DDR3 1333Mhz that i wil use for now.

But i need to be sure wich heatsink i should buy.

Any advise will be apreciate

212+ is a great price to performance ratio. Also get 1 good video card instead of 2.

Look at the specs. I'm guessing it will fit but I'm not sure.
