However, that having said, the MOSFETs probably would get that hot as they are heatsinkless and not getting any air due to your watercooling, which may hold you back from any overclocking. So unless your MOSFETs are also under water (which I'm not sure is possible except on certain few boards) you will want to add some form of MOSFET cooling before continuing. Active cooling if your case hasn't much airflow.
just a little off topic but do you know so much about this stuff?

hi
i'm relatively new to OC (and to AMD for that matter) so i just have a few questions about it.
first, i heard something somwhere that phenom 2's benefit from increasing CPU NB clock or something, if so how?

i'm also wondering why when i set my cpu VCORE in the BIOS(i made sure it's not an offset) to 1.45 V CPU-Z tells me it's at up to 1.6 V (almost killer i think)
if anyone knows why this is happening and if CPU-Z is just trying to give me a heart attack or it's my MB thats all messed up (ASUS Crosshair IV Formula BTW bios 1902) PLEASE HELP!!!

also i get freezes and blue screens all the time, and also lots of error messages saying that "memory can't be read" i don't think it's my cpu(this time) and was thinking if it could be the ram, could it be from me having 3 sticks on dual channel or just from bad quality ram?

anyway thanks for all help i might get.
