I'd grab a 6850 or a GTX460. The 9500gt will not be able to play crysis 1 and 2 at all, same with bad company 2.

That or maybe at super low configured and hacked settings.

GTX460 and 6850 will max the games you listed at 1080P FULL SETTINGS and some AA if you want, at 60FPS.

As stated before, keep your mobo, and just upgrade your gpu.
No lower than a 5770 or GTS450 - both of which will allow you to at least play your chosen games and playable fps.
GTS450
XFX 5770 this one is not the cheapest, but does have a lifetime warranty.

Also, what is your ram setup. I see 6gigs, but just want to make sure you are running dual channel - confirm in cpuz.
It's so little!

Actually, have you overclocked your GPU? Grab RivaTuner and overclock the GPU, you should be able to run BFBC2 on medium settings depending on your resolution.

If money isn't a problem grab a new video card. My 6870 runs Crysis 2, BFBC2, Mass Effect 2, all on highest settings at 1680 x 1050 and you can pick them up for $200 USD
