Changes needed to Windows Phone 7

I recently got an HD7 and it is pretty awesome. However I was spoiled 2 weeks prior to getting it because my friends at T-Mobile hooked me up with a MyTouch 4G as a temporary phone until they got the HD7 in stock. Here are some changes I feel are NEEDED for Windows Phone 7 to become a great OS, and feel free to post yours too!

First, Multitasking is a MUST. It took android a bit of time to smoothen it out, but WP7 has no multitasking in reality. If I want to listen to Slacker Radio and play Pro Evo Soccer 2011 at the same time, forget about it! This phone definitely has the juice to run multiple apps at one time. It's also annoying when I'm trying to text someone but I also want to watch some Scrubs on Netflix in bed, but cannot do it efficiently.

Also, fix the fact that when you plug in your headphones, and type on your phone in landscape mode, it lags. I dont know if anyone else has this problem, but you know the little "click" sound it makes each time you press a key? Well if you have your headphones plugged in and you're typing in landscape, the sound as well as the input of letters lags behind your actual speed. This is a minor bug but it would sure help!

Finally, make Xbox Live a LITTLE more intuitive. I dont have any friends with WP7, nor do I message them over my phone through Xbox Live. I'd like to see any WP7 to become a "portable Xbox Live machine". For example, a new map pack for COD is out, and you just wanna play it when you get home, not having to hassle through downloading it. Why not have your Xbox 360 linked with WP7, so the Xbox would get the signal that you want the map pack to be downloaded and it does it on its own! Of course this comes with a technological barrier where the Xbox would have to be either on the entire time, or the phone would have to somehow turn it on through a network.

Basically, streamline the OS in the direction where Android currently is now. Android still has its bugs, but obviously is far more developed due to the fact its been out for a couple years. If WP7 developers can effectively implement multitasking ability into new phones AS WELL as first generation phones like the HD7, it will definitely be an amazing OS.

I think Microsoft made an excellent user interface, but they really alienated the Windows Mobile community by removing most of the "power user" features like the file manager and customizability.

I have an HD2, which is very similar to the HD7 hardware-wise, and it's been hacked to run Android and WP7 in addition to the stock WM 6.5. I'm guessing they'll come out with some way to run Android on the HD7 as well.
