My advice is to replace that thing as soon as possible with a GOOD PSU. See the Power Supply forum here at OCN for assistance on getting a good one. Look at the Recommended PSU list there as well.
Thanks for the advice.
Is it really THAT bad? It's been working without any problems for more than two years now.(Except for the HDD not getting power of course).
Of course I trust your advice and I'll look for a new one. (I've wanted a modular PSU for a while now anyway).
One other thing I've noticed (but never really cared about) is that when I start the computer after it's been completely cut off from power for a few hours (I always completely turn off the power in my room with a switch when I leave) it turns on for about 3sec, switches itself off for 2 sec and then turns on again and stays on. In short: Push power button --> stays on for 3sec --> off for 2 sec --> stays on. Could my PSU also be causing this? It's started since i've OC'ed my CPU.
