MOD Of The Day right here - Page 2

I did the same thing in the beginning of last year and saw a very similar drop in temps. For something that is free it works really well. Mine wasn't as tidy as yours though.

An air conditionner, venting the fresh cold air in two tubes like you used.
1 would go at the front of the case for hard drives

For the exhaust system you just tube the exhaust fan to the air sucking entrance of the air conditionner.

The only air coming in the pc would be cold, and the hot air would be chilled down and so on.

only thing is a matter of humidity and condensation, it would require a cheap air conditionner that wouldn't create uber cold air, simply chilled air (let's say 10-15c constant).
that would be cool

im running a hyper tx3 push pull on the cpu and as we know each system is different mine well creates lots of heat i have 4 HDD`s running creating heat = 2 dvd drives and a GPU that = a warm case

I will try to find a cheap air conditionner first.
I also don't want to chill my room either xD

and I need to find tubing that would fit 230mm fans and a 4x120mm xD
I might also do those custom.

whenever I find some spare time I'll try it out

It does make you realise now much of a nerd you are though, when you hope that it will keep getting colder outside, just so you can see what difference it will make to your temps
