Weird. I do not why someone would troll on just one person, do you think they wait on their computer all day waiting for OP to post? Lol

Haha perhaps. If that's the case they really need a life. Or maybe they pick someone, make an account similar to theirs, and troll them? Antipesto69's account was created today...

Edit: Anyway, I just reported him.

Anyway if you didn't know it has an ES that alone should win you the dispute. Say you thought it was retail and there was no info to say otherwise.

Hi, Yeah its weird, He just randomly copied my name and started posting on all my threads, Reported.
somebody was doing it to another memeber earlier, must be the same person
some people have nothing better to do with their time

Anyway i emailed the seller and he said if i return it he would accept a refund, I just dont want the hassle of having to sell an ES in the future lol
thanks for all your help,

It's a good thing that you contacted him first before attempting a Paypal dispute. As a seller, I hate it when people decide to start a dispute instead of contacting me first about a return. Disputes can freeze the seller's account and it's frustrating. Disputes are for when the seller is unresponsive and/or aren't willing to follow eBay rules.

(If you already knew that, sorry for that rant. I just got out of a dispute a week ago after the buyer decided to let the freeze last for 30 days because I wouldn't pay for return shipping.)
