sabertooth p67 overclocking

For some reason, CPU-Z is reporting my CPU frequency to be 4.7ghz, which I set in the BIOS, but Windows is reporting the stock 3.3ghz. In the BIOS, the speed is reported as the stock 3.3ghz as well. What is the problem here? Running latest BIOS 1502.

What does AI Suite II show under Monitor | CPU Frequency? Where are you looking at the CPU frequency in Windows? Control Panel | System?

AI Suite shows the "correct" frequency of 4.7ghz.

I was looking at CPU frequency in system properties, yes. I also have a sidebar gadget called CPU Meter that reports the frequency as the stock 3.3ghz.
