I'd go ASUS
Any of the P8P67 B3 ones!
I have the Asus P8P67 Pro
And the reason I went for the P8P67 Pro was because it it was the right price, and has 3 pci-e 16 slots! Although they don't all work together at 16
But I can have two at 8, with two GTX480s it'll be fine

I bough my SB setup, to replace my Q9650@ 3.8GHz! So I ran my 2600k at 3.8GHz for a while too!
And games played better clock for clock on the SB setup
Plus I can now even play Mafia2 with the PhysX on full, running on my CPU (with overclock)!
And I didn't think that would be possible without a dedicated GPU for physX!
It's playing smooth at 60fps

And I noticed in 3DMark11, the Combined Test!
Now when it's running, it's my GPU that is at 100% and my CPU is at 50%
And, it was the other way around with the Q9650@ 3.8GHz. The CPU was at 100% and the GPU was at about 80-90% iirc!

Yeah, I like it

And this Video is worth a watch if you do look at ASUS

ASUS seems to be making a lot of buzz with their boards. I couldn't quite afford a P8P67 Pro where they were in stock, so I just got an MSI P67A-GD55 for a reasonable price.

It seems that with Sandy Bridge the motherboard doesn't make as much difference with 24/7 overclocks. Just find one with the features you need, such as SLI or lots of USB3 ports, for a price you can afford.
