upgrade to 6950 or crossfire..... - Page 2

Thread Starter
Yeah i know that i would get more performance with crossfire but the thing is i don't have a motherboard or a power supply to to support crossfire. So would it be best to get the upgrade on the power supply and motherboard to be able to crossfire or would it be best to stick to single gpu.

well this depends how much pocket money you have. If you are banking then get a new motherboard and powersupply. If not a single 6950 2GB(unlock) is a much better choice.

I'd say it's a decent upgrade. HD6950 should be around 30% faster and it's not a very expensive card.
