MSI GTX 460 HAWK voltage adjustment broken?

I've been trying to up the voltage for higher overclocks but nothing has worked. No matter how high i put the voltage, it stays at 1.025v

I'm using gpuz and kombuster for the vddc. they are the latest version.

so far im at 900/1800/2000 stable

Maybe it's just limited to 1.025v? If I recall, on MSI's non-reference cards you can only increase by 500mv.

GPU-Z reads from the Nvidia Voltage Controller. The HAWKS have two of them on the card and the second one can't be read in GPU-Z because its just an active additive to the Nvidia one.

So you're seeing the active stock Voltage without the added voltage because GPU-Z can't detect the added voltage.

^ kombustor will only read to a certain point... So does gpu-z. Well you are able to be stable at a higher clock arent u?
Now u can do somthing i did , AB allows u to only increase 100mv from ur stock volt. Download nvidia inspector, it allows u to increase the volts just like any gtx460 card, i.e. up to 1.087. Then add the +100mv from ab. Make sure the temps are low, not the core vrm and mem. I tried it and was able to push more on the core, up to 950mhz. Be carful to the degree of overvolting k? dont fry the card and say it was my fault . We just give u the gun, u pull the trigger.
