Problem booting OS off different drive

Thread Starter
I'm confused. I have two HDD's. I have one that has 1TB of space which has windows 7 (running at the moment) installed on it. The other an 80GB, XP. I decided to install this disc on to my computer. It is attached and everything. I cannot seem to find where i can boot the OS off of my "E" drive (80GB XP) rather than my "C" (1TB 7). I go into BIOS and it is recognized, but when i go into the area that has the boot order sequence, it is not in the editing lists. It appears in all other areas about drives, but not there. Below is an attachement of a picture of the drives displayed in "My Computer".

Thanks ahead of time.

During POST hit whatever button to enter the Boot Menu... then select your other HDD to boot.
