My guess is either you still arent getting the block on good with right amount of paste or you got junk in your block my rasa block came with crap in it and i got poor temps till i cleaned it then they were great.

This. It's the only thing you haven't covered in your complaint. Are the fans the weak point?

Your going from a top end air cooler to water cooling. Not going to be that much diffence. I get 5 degs cooler from air to water on cpu, But the gpu on 480s sli was 60 degs and 65 degs with cpu @ 4 ghz @ 70 degs. On air cpu hit 75, but gpus where @ stocl clocks @ 80 -90 deg on air. But why u get a water loop and not a gpu... Owell water is for lower noise on air. i had good fans on mega cooler and gpu was stock , made room hotter and noise. On water all i hear is the 140mm yateyooms fans. and gt1850 no nosie but one is deflective.
but but from high end air to water = same temps, only if u get a Super pump and high speed fans P/P on a loop then ok lower temps.

also i had the mobo. Not the best overclocker, I switch out that mobo to this one. got 5degs lower in temp also lower volts, the 16?phase power helped on that, u got 8+1

Or maybe the loop is not bled because of all the "eagerness". It can take days for all the bubbles to come out and you will not get the best temps until they do.

try different Molex's to make sure the pump(s) are being powered?

What's your clock? What's your Vcore?

Those temps aren't from some tiny bubbles lurking....

I'm guessing it's your intake air being preheated somehow. Rear mounted rads with the new bottom mounted PSUs are notorious for that.

Not sure how your radiator is setup, but it needs to be drawing fresh cold air. Use a thermometer and measure the air temperature going into the radiator at various points and compare that to your room temperature.

It doesn't matter if your room is 23C if the rad is getting preheated air, you are cooling with the air going INTO the radiator.

I've seen people drop 10C because they had PSU and/or graphics card blowing hot air into a rear mounted radiator. Once they moved the radiator to a cleaner air location, they were pretty happy.
