PSU fan making noise after cleaning PSU? Any idea why?

So I have been using this Silverstone PSU for the past 6 months or so and since I was giving my computer a cleanup I thought I'd give the PSU a little clean up as well..

So I opened it up and used a fine horse hair brush and a blower, everything seemed fine but now the PSU FAN is making a tad much of a noise..

I'm confused

Your avatar is disturbing.

Probably when you were putting it back together a wire or some such ended up poking a little into the path of the fan, so when it spins it his the wire and makes a noise.

No I have opened it up since, no wires were poking from it, its the sound of air being pushed by the fan, not the noise of it scraping against something..
