also why can intels run hotter and still be stable but amd hits the fan when hitting 60+

and i'm palnning to replace stock noctua fans with 2 x 120mm aerocool shark fan
is that okay?

my 955 hit 4,2 stable but the temp is high with my old TX3 (70++)
so i decided to change cooler and choose H50 but it's really wrong choice
