Corsair XMS2 safe volts?

What is the max safe volts for this RAM?

On the label it's got:
CM2X2G6400C5B4
ver5.1
1.80v

BIOS on auto sets it to 1.950v.

According to corsair forum it uses PSC IC's: http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=57334

my ocz kit with psc chips hated anything over 2.15V and refused to boot. but they did 1200 5-6-6-15 at 2.1V so i Wasn't too disappointed.

So over 2.0v is safe? I presume max safe is 2.2-2.3v then?

Or with ram is any voltage safe as long as it's stable?

Sorry for all the questions, info on this subject isn't easy to find/readily available.

PSCs usually run better with lower voltage. They can probably tolerate higher, but it won't necessary get good results. Same is true for DDR3 PSC.
