My system and OCZ StealthXStream II 500w... Enough?

Hey Guys.
So i've found a fairly nice priced OCZ StealthXStream II 500W, and noticed it's good (recommended on the site and everything)... And i'd like to know if it is enough for my system (In the system specs below), with an additional:

Radeon HD6850 (Non clocked from factory, intend to clock later)

AMD PHENOM II X4 965 BE Quad-Core

No intention of crossfire. 4 LED case fans.

So, will it be enough? Thanks in advance, good day/night to you all

More than enough, you won't even be cutting it close.

What about 12v Rail amperage? is that enough too? sorry, i'm not too familiar with gpu and processor amperage consumption these days...

But i'm more than willing to bet it is. In any case, thanks a lot for the feedback
