Parts for PC :)

Thread Starter
Well Im finnaly getting a job as a trainee ship in a restraunt (im 14 almost 15) and in my life i have never had a good computer or a desktop infact.. so the first thing im going to do is save up enough money to get a decent gaming computer and i really am bad at choosing parts i usualy choose expensive stuff when i can get cheaper stuff and more powerful. so yea can anyone help me make a good gaming Pc prefer under $1500 AU, the games i would be playing on it would be like Cod and other FPS along with some other games that would require a decent gaming pc

Sites i would prefer:
Pc Case Gear
Centrecom

if anyone else knows good sites that ship to australia use that one then.

it can be AMD or nVidia I dont mind.

thanks!

sparc pwr has set you up really nice, maybe you might want to spend a little more if you have the cash. but you should really wait since sandy bridge has just come out and bulldozer is on the way.

Bulldozer is AMD next generation cpu (should be out about June) and sandy bridge is Intel newest chip. Both are 32nm cpu.

Okay thanks but once those come out will the prices of the chip sets that are out now drop? meaning it would be good if i went for them or just go for the bulldozer?

edit: i attached what i have got is that a good monitor to go for or should i get something else? i dont really care about the keyboard so i just got a cheap one, and the mouse is decent i guess i dont need an expensive gaming one.
