For me personally, 120GB is WAY too small for me. My steam folder is about 200GB alone. But this is your PC, not me. If you had the money, you could get the Caviar Black and the OCZ. Use the OCZ for everything that would need a faster boot (multiplayer games, and demanding applications), and use the Caviar Black for all other single player games and minor applications.

And then use your external for all music, photos, and videos.
