Silver Arrow is a beast, you have to watch for clearance of ram and such. One thing that people dont mention, is the fins can be sharp. I got cut installing it (think the blood sacrafice helped ease the cooling gods anger). I would also suggest getting a 3rd party paste. The stock paste is good but my Artic Silver 5 works much better (after the set up time).
Edit: Also Even though I have PWM support, my second fan on my SA doesnt run at nearly the RPM of the fan thats plugged into the CPU fan power. I am thinking about getting a splitter and running both the fans off the one port so i can keep them at the same speed.
I think that if you had the fan that is in "push" a little faster then the pulling fan it is optimal, You are pushing though a bunch of fins vs pulling the pushed air away, Should be able to make the push fan 'faster' using what you have
