Is this a good plan?

I am able to get my 2600K to run stable at 5.0ghz, but the temps get up there really high, IMO. 83C max. So, what I was thinking about doing is making some changes to my air cooling instead of just opting for water. I figure, I don't plan on OCing it any higher than 5.0, so If I can get those temps down 5C or more (hopefully more), I should be fine.

I currently have a Thermalrite CPU cooler that uses the stock fan that came with it. I was planning on mounting two of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835185060 onto the CPU cooler in a push pull.

I was also thinking about adding one of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835185158 to the case as an exhaust right behind the CPU cooler. I also have a 200mm exhaust fan on the top of the case and a 200mm as the front intake and a 230mm side intake. I was going to pick up some Artic Silver 5 paste and reseat the cooler. Add to all of that, I am going to grab the Sunbeam fan controller that many of you suggested to me in another thread. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811995075 I can't seem to get my fans to run the way I want them using the mobo, so hooking them all up to a controller should give me a lot more flexibility in controlling things better. While tress testing, I will crank the fans all the way up. While not under severe load, I will turn them down to a far more manageable decibel level.

Sound good? Would you do anything differently? I am open to any and all suggestions, but I really don't want to go under water.

I have my top fans as intakes, and it's surprisingly better than having them as exhausts.

If that works for you, then more power to you. I just can't see how that makes any sense. I only have the one top fan and you can really feel the difference in temperature of the air that its pushing out. How could blowing that hot air back down into your case be beneficial? I;m not being argumentative, just curious.
