Noctua NH-C14 vs Corsair H50/H60 for a mATX SB build

Hi guys, I'm currently planning one mATX Sandy Bridge build in Lian Li PC-a04, and since the case allows only <155mm tall heatsinks, I have quite the limited choice. I'll be using a 2500k on a Asus P67M Pro and I'm hoping for ~4,4Ghz.

I know the Noctua NH-C14 is probably the best down-draft CPU heatsink out there, but I'm also tempted to mount a H50/H60 in the 120mm blowhole on the roof.

Could anyone recommend which one would be better, I haven't found any direct comparison between the two? Is there maybe something even better than these two coolers, but less than 155mm tall? headscratch.gif

i go with corsair
unless you want to cool the stuff around the cpu

i also saw people use noctua's 92 mm push pull heatsink thing

You think the H50 would perform better or it would just be a better all-round solution for this particular build?
Judging from the fact that Noctua's NH-D14 can outperform both the H50 AND the H70, i think the NH-C14 would be the better bet.

watch out for the ram heatsinks because the noctua can't fit in some situations

I got that C14. Can`t compare it with the others, cause i don`t have them.
But the C14 is quiet, does some very nice cooling and is HUGHE!
Atleast for my Antec300. My Q9500@3,7GHz with 1,3v idles @30°C. With IBT temps go up to ~55°C. What is really impressiv is how fast the temps go down when the 100%load goes down. The RAM and the mobo were cooled by this baby which is also nice.
Like i wrote above i can`t compare it to the others but the C14 does an uber job, nothing to complain about. IMO you cant fail with this one.

Make sure your ram fits.

This link is for the D14 not C14.
The C14 leaves enough room for my Ripjaws and if that wouldn`t be the case you could remove 1 fan for high clearance...
