Scythe Maru2's

I have the 3x 110 cfm scythe slip streams, and then th stock fans that came with my xspc 750 rs 240, I am thinking of replacing all the fans with one of 2 fans. Either http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...k=FBA12G12U1BX or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835185158

I am not quite sure what to go with. The panaflow would have high static preassure, but the maru's would have more cooling surface. Plus I am not sure is the 38mm height would be a problem in my cooler master 690 II. I am planning to put at least 6 fans in, one front intake, 2 in the side palen, one in the bottom of case, one in rear exhaust and then 2 pushing down through radiator.

The Maru2's will not fit a 240 rad...

You got a buyer for the slipstreams if you wanna sell them and about your thread go with the 120mm.

Bad post is bad, if you paid attention you would see that the maru2's were 140mm, but with 120 mm mounting holes.

Good luck fitting TWO of them...unless you have a 280 rad with both 140 and 120 holes, they will not fit. The frame actually runs outside the 120mm hole pattern.

Hmm, that is possible, but there is some space between the fans, so I think the maru would still fit, but getting the screws it would be a pain.

If you think there's enough roon, go for it, but I think it's not going to work.

Now I have never held a rad in my hands, nut when I read that some of the are 120x240mm and 120x360mm I get the idea that they are mostly adjacent 120x120mm rads.

Now on Scythe's site, none of the KM2's are listed as outputting 110cfm (link). The Slip Stream 1900 rpm is listed at 110cfm.

A good place to start is in the water cooling section, especially at Martinm210's review of 120mm fans on a rad (here).
