Ok, I built this computer for my brother. Not much, and under $100.

Parts List:

Processor: AMD Sempron 140 2.7GHz
Mobo: Biostar N68S3+
PSU: Diablotek 400w 'EL' Series

I already had a case, HDD, and licence for Win7.

So are you going to get him a graphics card or are you just going to use the onboard?

Sempron 140 is a fantastic budget processor.

If the mobo supports it, you should try unlocking it to an Athlon II X2.

The onboard graphics aren't that great, so I am looking for an inexpensive graphics card. He doesn't do too much gaming, this is mostly for school work.

I did forget to mention the 2GB Crucial DDR3 1333MHz RAM.
The motherboard was advertising support for Phenom II (obviously AM3 means it will work) so it's upgradeable.
