I think you'd be more than fine with both of them on a single channel - in any real loop they aren't going to consume more than 13W each.

Leave it one channel for simplicity.

FYI,
I'm working on a rheosmart review and I wouldn't recommend it for pump use. It failed my PWM test and manual controls left the heatsink reaching mid 60C in use. Way too hot for me to use that way..
I'll publish some test results soon..

Sounds fine to me, the parts they are using should be rated for 125C. Well within safe operating spec.

Well based on reading his review I may just leave the wiring the way it is then and run them full voltage through a PSU cable instead. Then when and if they fail I'll see what the pricing on 35X's are like if I want to move up to PWM controlled pumps....

its wired to molex because it needs constant power and can draw a lot. if you had it on a fan header you could slow it down unintentionally

Same boat here...but for 450 pumps they offer this: http://www.koolance.com/water-coolin...product_id=758

So either I go w/that or re-wire it up. For me I'm probably also going to buy either one of the manual pump controllers of blow a wad on the TMS200 (although it's had teething issues). DIY wiring in a water-cooled PC always makes me a bit squeamish.
