New Setup, New OC

Thread Starter
So i recently updated my watercooling adding more fans and another Rad. Soooo Time to overclock. I got it stable at 3.8 @ 1.475 and it never gets about 35C after hours of prime. This is with no NB overclock though, just starting. When I go to 4.0 I get BSOD, even if i bump the voltages to 1.5, Curious what this could be due to my low temps... Everything voltagewise is stock except RAM (.05+ to 1.61) and my CPUVID. Would my NB being at stock hold me back, or should I try to get 4.0 stable before I bump the NB freq?

a faster nb and slower cpu is better than a fast cpu and a slow nb
