Gorgeous work, +rep for the time and effort put into this.

For rev 2.0, think you could get some ribs in the channels? Probably not needed considering the total length of the channels, but even two 2-3mm ribs along most of the length would increase contact surface with collant by at least 50% (i'm sure you have the exact numbers for contact area somewhere, plug the math )

There is always room for improvement. I have an additional design in the works with a few minor improvements.

I haven't been able to test it yet. I cant afford the chips till I sell a few of these
I have yet to even power up the board.
