Another thing you can check is to see if your H50's pump is running at the max RPMs. You can probably check this in your BIOS if you connected it to the CPU fan header on your motherboard.

EDIT: It should be running at around 1350-1360RPMs.

First, try not to double and triple post. Instead, edit a post of yours to add the info/question.

And TIM is Thermal Interface Material, ie; your Arctic Silver 5.

EDIT:And about the RPM's; is your H50 connected to the CPU fan header on your motherboard? You should have some sort of settings in your BIOS to ensure that the header will run at 100%. Even if it's not on the CPU header, you might have settings in your BIOS to increase the power of other headers.

Last time I looked the pump should be running at about 1350 - 1450 rpm.

Confirm you have the pump plugged in either a 12v fan header, CPU fan header or molux to PSU.

Ensure your power saving options are disabled in BIOS and your rad fans are at full speed.

Ensure the pump head is snug and doesnt move AND it is flush with the CPU die. (commom error)

It will still work fine. My CPU header only has 3, but I'm still pumping at 1360 or so.

EDIT: Actually I'm wrong. My mobo has a 4 pin CPU header, but I also checked pics of the H50 and the pump connector is only 3. So it will still work fine, I was just confused.
