It went a little over budget but the i7 2600k cost $296 with tax at a microcenter I have access to which is less than the newegg price but I added it to the list for illustration and I'll have to get the spinpoint f3 from another place since newegg is sold out.

How does that list look?

I have a question. One thing I noticed is the asus gtx 580 is a three slot card, and I don't really know what that means in relation to my motherboard, so will this fit on my motherboard/in my case?
