$200 build, already have a case

This will only be very basic internet surfing for my father. It doesn't even need to play HD video or anything like that. I already have a case as well.

What would you guys recommend? Could be from online sellers (NewEgg, TigerDirect, and Amazon are the only ones I ever buy from) or a physical store which they have in Bay Area, CA.

I was thinking a Micro ATX board with 2GB Ram, Integrated Graphics, refurbished 80GB Sata HDD, and a Sempron CPU. What do you guys think?

I just built my server for about $200

First I went to microcenter and got the AMD + Motherboard combo X2 555 unlocked to quad with MSI motherboard for $100, $20 for 4gb of 1600mhz ram off newegg (AR), next up I got a corsair 430w power supply for $14 (AR) and finally I bought a 8800gt for $25. I am going to use a 16gb flash drive for the operating system, and throw in hard drives whenever I get the money.

Thing is a beast. Good luck on your build.

Why 3 gigs? 2gigs would suffice for his needs.

Don't know anything about that OEM on the power supply, Basiq? They seem to make their lower tier PSU's but that has nothing to do with Quality.

Save a few bucks and what not, don't know if you need a Windows dvd or not. Could find XP fairly cheaply now.

Was thinking about just using Linux. I'm that cheap.
