I always put my GPU/CPU in and test (at stock) to ensure that everything is working. That way if there are problems you can get them taken care of while also waiting for the WC parts. Thats just me, though.

Id put it together, make sure you don't have to RMA anything. I ran everything for about a week even when I had all my WC parts just to make sure there were no problems, Plus it will let you see what all those WC parts REALLY do. PLUS having an excuse to tear into it and change something up might be kinda nice, but I like playing with that kinda stuff lol

if it was me, I'd wait til the WC arrives.

I wouldn't waste time putting the rig together, and then when you get the WC, putting the WC together. Do it all at once.
