Are you referring to cable sleeving? The most common size used is 1/8" because that's what you'll need to uni-sleeve everything in the case. I think SATA cables require 1/2" to make it over the connector, but I'm not sure.

What are you buying? At 65% off I would hesitate. It's probably garbage sleeving and as such won't be fun to work with or look good on your cables.
