Best motherboard (~$200) for i5-2500k/i7-2600k?

Thread Starter
I've posted over in Intel General but this might be a better place to ask specifically about a motherboard so hopefully it's OK.

Anyways - what's the best motherboard (around $200) for an Intel i5-2500k or i7-2600k?

I'd like nVidia SLI compatibility and EFI. (if it supports EFI it should work with Mac OS X, right?)

Right now I'm looking at the ASUS Sabertooth P67 and Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD4-B3 but I'm not sure what else might be better...

I hear good things about both, but IMO that thermal shielding is awesome
