if there's a emulator for Wii, why not X360?

Considering how old the xbox 360 is and how wide the gap is between PC and consoles... an emulator would be nice to play those games that did not come to PC (RDR, Bayonetta, etc)

the Wii one works very well, but needs a fast quad core of 3+ Ghz speed... but that's not a problem for most rigs on here.

Because emulators for some reason need like 100times the power of the console they are emulating in order to be smooth. (I don't know why??)

We will probably see a 360 emulator like 2013. frown.gif

well duh, emulators are translating the language of PowerPC to x86 so PCs can understand it, so that's why you need a fast quad-core.

it will run the CPU at 100% if you have a dual core.

Were just recently able to emulate PS2's smoothly. Considering the Wii is about the same as a PS2 I'm not surprised that its the only current gen system to be emulated.

I wouldn't hope for 360 or PS3 emulation until well into the life-cycle of the PS4/Xbox 3 cycle.

because the xbox 360 has hardware on a different architecture of the pc that is actually comparable in power to a cheap desktop with an ok discrete video card. uou need about 100x the power to emulate something, so the wii and ps2 are currently the limit.

the 360 is much more complex and powerful, and emulating a console it's hard and inefficient, you need something much more powerful...

the Wii have a very simple and weak hardware, it's only an upgraded Gamecube, which is from an older generation, simpler to emulate, much less powerful.

btw, dolphin emulater here: http://www.mediafire.com/?t27ccovk6110no6

the Wii is the weaksauce console.. and if it needs that much power on a desktop to run, who knows how much power a 360 emulator would take!

If Emulators weren't so CPU Dependant it would be easier AFAIK
