No,no no no no and no. This & the thread is the COMPLETE opposite. In Crysis you have a multi-million dollar nanosuit that can do all sorts of things. I love going around the island trying to find different ways to kill patrols. I hate being told to do, and having it scripted, as most games like this get boring in 10 mins with the same cookie cutter level design and boring objectives with dumb boring AI.
Basically, what I am saying is that Sandbox games add a unlimited amount of fun to the game, that can't be replicated with boring linear closed world gameplay.
BUT, seeing as this is a military FPS shooter, it would be very ridiculous if you could just walk around town or fly around a jet ignoring your squad and the objective. Miltary based FPSs are preety serious. But it would be nice if I could have the OPTION to do what I want.........
