Yes, but the usual result is you get more mass. Also, the by product of an endothermic reaction tends to be rather volatile... generally speaking. All the energy is still present in potential energy.

I don't claim to understand whats going on with the graphene here, but I don't believe there is anything endothermic that cause the net heat effect. What I believe the article says is that the the graphene trasistors have almost no resistance to the electrical current. Meaning that electricity passes more easily through them therefore less energy is wasted and less energy is needed.

Endothermic reactions do not need to be chemical... the volatile aspect would be potential energy(voltage).
