The sets you listed are both 1600MHz, and the difference in timings (CAS) won't make much difference - so whichever is cheaper would be fine.

If it saves you a few bucks sure.
Buying a pre-clocked card is usually a waste of money when you can just OC them yourself.
thanks for the advice..msi should be the better choice then! i get it.that aside what does the 12800 refer to,there's always 12800/1600 or 10600/1333..
