The only company I have ever seen put a void if removed sticker on is XFX and thats only in Europe that the sticker actually means anything, never seen it on any other cards, ever.

EVGA uses stickers and Powercolor hides their void sticker under the serial sticker on the 6990. Tricky bastards them Powercolor boys, cuz that serial sticker covers a screw on the backplate.
