Here is the kicker...I didn't ask, they offered. They had only suggested 2 things when the tech gave me the $20 credit. On the 4th call they tried to find out why tier 3 tech support didn't call. He had me on hold about 5-10 mins and came back saying he had good news and bad news. Bad news was tier3 said the game will never run right(bullcrap) on my system and the good news is they are giving me crysis2 limited edition. I never asked for anything and didn't think they had jumped through enough hoops to need to give me freebies. I got lucky, hope some of you do too.
Edit:also, not once was I upset I was bs'in with each tech support and makin them laugh.
