To the op you can edit the boot menu if you can get in windows and anytime you delete the system reserve it causes problems if it was made when windows was installed because system reserve is used to store boot info and recovery programs. Program iv used in past to fix issues like yours is easybcd it can remove boot menus and fix problems.

No external optical.
Just ignore the laptop problem at the moment I'll get the that later.
What I really need is my main system.
I tried the 7 recovery disk and it didn't recognize the partition nor did it fix the problem.

Will it let you go to the cmd prompt to fix the mbr?
