What's the ideal cooler for amd cpu's?

I thought just because i had liquid cooling i'd be able to OC as high as i could go, but my idle temps are 30c and load reach around 50-55. I had to lower my 4ghz OC because i saw my temps reach 60c one day( my bro's ambient temps in his rooms aren't that great), but i see people saying i idle at like 20c and at load they're at 40c, but i don't think they even have liquid, so is my cooling defective or what.

First off, what is a "Liquid CPU Cooling System [AMD]"?

Any closed loop water cooling system like a ECO or H50 is slightly worse than high end air cooling.

The top two air coolers I believe are the Thermalright silver arrow and the Noctua NH-D14.

The next step up from them with be a Rasa water kit like I have, then of course a high end $300+ loop would get you the best water based cooling. After that there is phase change, DICE, and LN2.

well the computer was prebuilt, and they didn't really specify an exact name :/

Something is odd if it is a true wc system. I'm using a NH D-14 on a B55x3 C3(4.0Ghz 1.475v), B60 X4 C3(4.0Ghz 1.55v), 955 C2(3.7Ghz 1.55v), 965 C3(3.9Ghz 1.5v), 970(4.0Ghz 1.55) and 1090T(4.0Ghz 1.4v) and my temp never got over 55c on any of them.
EDIT
If you can give us a link on your prebuilt.

Well i picked all the parts that are in my sig, and there's a side fan and a fan on the back and there are tubes going from teh back fan on to this big contraption that's completely covering where the cpu should be.

Idle temperatures can never be lower than your room temperature. Your idle temperature will always be slightly higher than your room temp. So if someone says they have so and so really low idle temp it's either their room is cold, air conditioned, or their computer is drawing in cool air from the outside.

I can safely say you should never go sealed water cooling unless you absolutely don't have the space for a good air cooler.. The h50, h70, and eco are all worse than similarly priced air coolers.. The noctua NH-D14 is pretty much the best air cooler - Water cooling is the next step up, and it's definitely worth it if you get high ambient temps.
