That can cause problems. Most of them are registry entries. I'm not sure if reinstalling the new drivers replaced them or not. You can always go back into Driver Sweeper -> Management -> Backup, select just the "NVIDIA - Chipset" entries, and Restore.

Like I said before, the solution to your problem is a hard one to pin down.

You're supposed to run driver-sweeper in safe mode. That's why you couldn't remove that stuff ... when you're in Windows a lot of the stuff you're trying to remove is running so it can't be deleted.

If that doesn't work, try using MSI Afterburner to downclock your card a little bit, just to see if that solves the problem ... maybe drop to 550c/1100s/1900m. Normally I'd say if it does then you should RMA because teh card should run at stock clocks but since you apparently can't RMA, at least if it works you could play games that way.

Driversweeper didn't worked in safe-mode, it just does same.

BTW, I have installed a clean copy of Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit legit, and starting windows(vista) it gave me a very fast bluescreen, and restarted.

After uninstalling the 295 in safemode, normal mode installed drivers "Microsoft Corporation - WDDM v1.1".. if those won't work, i will downgrade the clocks. How much will be the loss with 550c/1100s/900m? (u wrote 1900m but i suppose u wanted to say 900)

cheerz
